3 Eggs
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 cup of flour (125 g)
1 cup of panko breadcrumbs (50 g)
oil for frying
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of pickle relish
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
paprika, or seasoning of choice on top

Easy Steps:

  1. Heat the cooking oil for deep-frying in a medium-size pan over medium heat.
  2. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  3. Gently separate the cooked egg white from the yolk and remove to a medium bowl.
  4. Coat the cooked egg white in flour, eggs, and panko bread crumbs.
  5. Carefully place the eggs into the hot oil.
  6. Fry for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove the eggs from the pan and drain the excess oil on a paper towel.
  8. Add mayonnaise, relish, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth.
  9. Fill a piping bag or plastic sandwich bag with yolk mixture. Pipe the mixture back into the fried egg white and dust with paprika.
