12 plump fresh oysters, shucked
2 large eggs
1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
½ cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp hot sauce
½ tsp Creole or Cajun seasoning

- Prepare the oyster breading. In one bowl, whisk the eggs and hot sauce together. Put the flour in another. Crush the panko or breadcrumbs a bit more and then place it in a third shallow bowl.
- Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.

- Set the air fryer to 400F and 2 minutes then start cooking. Shake the fry basket occasionally. Check the doneness of the oysters and cook it more if it hasn’t reached your preferred doneness.
- Once done, remove from the fry basket and sprinkle with salt.
